Payment & Insurance Options

Self Pay

We offer a variety of payment options, including cash, checks, credit cards, HSA, and flexible spending plans. It's important to note that your professional fees and any purchases of eyeglasses and contact lenses at our office are considered eligible medical expenses.

Insurance

We are an open access provider and participate with Vision Service Plan (VSP) and Medicare (PPO Only). Every plan is different, and our team can help you review your unique benefits upon request. We are not a Medi-Cal or Medicaid provider. If you are unsure if we accept your specific plan, please ask our team to help you discover your benefits.

We are in-network with Care Credit, a healthcare financing option in the form of a credit card that allows individuals to pay for various medical expenses. Care Credit offers flexible payment plans and interest-free promotional periods, and helps individuals manage their healthcare costs by allowing them to spread out payments over time. Minimum monthly payments are required, and subject to credit approval by Care Credit.

Open Access & Insurance Reimbursement

As an open-access provider, your costs with us are transparent and many insurance companies will reimburse you directly with out-of-network benefits for eye exams, prescription eyeglasses, contact lenses, sunglasses, and more. Most vision insurance companies may reimburse a portion or all of the cost of your service and purchases. It is as easy as 1-2-3 to apply for reimbursement directly from your insurance company for purchases of prescription eyeglasses, sunglasses, contact lenses, and services. Just follow the steps below:

1. Select Your Vision Insurance Carrier. Don't see your provider? Contact your insurance company directly for instructions on applying for reimbursement!

2. Complete the Claim Form. Submit it to the appropriate address along with your itemized receipts. You can always email or call us to request copies of your receipts.

3. Get Paid by Your Insurance! After submitting your claim, you'll typically be reimbursed within 1-4 weeks. Depending on your provider, it can be faster or slower.
